The Promotion is available to Partners who hold an active AIMSCAP Partner Account established under the Company's Account Opening Agreement, have been formally appointed by AIMSCAP as a Partner (IB), are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction), and have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The promotion is open only to AIMSCAP Partners whose country of residence or registration is reflected in their profile page.

The Performance Program runs throughout the 2026 campaign season. AIMSCAP reserves the right to define, extend or close qualifying windows, with any changes communicated through official AIMSCAP channels.

Only qualified trading lots accumulated on eligible instruments count toward campaign milestones. Volume is measured in standard lots and tracked on a cumulative basis across the campaign period.

Rewards are unlocked progressively as Partners reach each milestone, from cash incentives and premium merchandise through to Car Fund Rewards. The top milestone unlocks redemption toward a Lamborghini Huracán, subject to verification and the full reward terms.

AIMSCAP may disqualify any participant found to be engaging in abusive trading, arbitrage, or any activity that breaches the Account Opening Agreement or these Terms. AIMSCAP may terminate participation where eligibility requirements are no longer met.

AIMSCAP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the structure of rewards, or the campaign mechanics at any time, with updates published through official channels.

Any disputes or complaints relating to the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Company's standard complaints procedure. AIMSCAP's determination on campaign matters is final.

By participating, Partners acknowledge that trading derivatives carries a high level of risk, that rewards are subject to these Terms, and that they have read and accepted the campaign conditions in full.
